It's funny how I have a story for each pair of shoes I buy. The story with this pair is that I had no idea that the "Tribute" sandal was an icon. All I knew was that this pair stopped me in my tracks at Nordstrom, and I had to take a picture of them on the spot. I sent my SA the photo and told her that if they ever went on sale, I needed to know! A couple of months had passed, and it was bonus time at work. I was trying to think of what I wanted my splurge purchase to be, and my SA reminded me of these shoes. The rest is history.
I know what you're thinking - that heel height looks pretty intimidating. But the platform eases much of that height, and, I know I say this often, they're actually quite comfortable shoes. Especially since they're suede. They mold perfectly to my feet and don't rub or cause blisters. Because of the colorblocking, I normally try and keep the outfits pretty simple. One of these days I will get them in a basic solid color - I'm thinking grey/charcoal patent. It's on my wish list!
Stunning shoes! I want them! Really impressive blog, love your style. If you want check mine and we could follow each other:-)
