I will admit that I am absolutely in love with this outfit. This may be my favorite one I have blogged about to date. It was all built around these studded cap toe pumps from Zara. I knew I wanted to wear them to work, and obviously, they're a bit tough. Ok, they are literally tough - they could double as a lethal weapon! For the office, I wanted to soften them up a bit. I sifted through my closet and had an "aha!" moment when I saw this skirt. Everything else kind of fell into place. The chambray is super versatile - this comes across semi-dressy considering how I styled it here. I could have easily worn a white or ivory top in its place, or gone for a pop of color, but again, my goal was to soften the studs, and the wash of this chambray rounded off the look perfectly. I cannot speak more highly of these shoes. They got more and more comfy as the day went on. I am super excited to see how else I can style them!!
gorgeous, so flirty and fun!
