Being bold with lace






TOMS Sunglasses

Kate Spade "Licorice Too" heels (budget option)

I fell in love with this skirt instantly. I had been wanting a lace pencil skirt, and this is perfect. It fits like a glove (true to size, if not just a touch big) and I love how the minty turquoise background peeks through the crochet lace shell. I debated on what shoes to wear since the lace is such a statement in and of itself. But, I could just not resist wearing my neon heels with it. The shape is classic, the height is comfortable, and the color is so rich. As soon as I walked out, the husband said, "WHOA, those are some bright shoes." Yessss! Success.
