The last time I wore this skirt on the blog, it was a little bit warmer outside. I'm such a fan of remixing pieces for warm and cold months. When I came across Yasi's outfit here, I knew this was how I wanted to wear it again. I'll admit that I specially sought and bought this necklace with this outfit in mind, however, it's a pretty fabulous necklace-- I know it will get lots of use outside of simply trying to replicate this look. I will say though that this outfit had quite a lot of layers - tights, full slip, skirt, button up, sweater - I was pretty sweaty getting ready this morning. It wasn't until I got in my car that I saw the temperature was 27 degrees. Holy crap. Not quite sure I'm ready for this winter business.
I love both of the ays you styled this skirt, it looks adorable in both outfits!

Thanks, Christina! This skirt is one of those pieces that I truly can't wait to remix again and again!
Delete27?? Fahrenheit?! EEK. That skirt is so fab & I agree with Christina above- love the way you styled it both times! Oh! And I believe you previewed this necklace earlier this week on things you bought? Excellent styling choice!

It was sooooo cold early last week. Today we hit 60! And yes, same necklace! It's pretty fab (you need it).
DeleteYou did great and I actually have the first pic pinned cause I love the whole look. You did great putting it together!

Thank you so much! The necklace is great - I highly recommend it!
DeleteLove it!
ReplyDeleteThanks, lady!
DeleteLove! I like how you made the skirt shorter with tights.
ReplyDeleteI sent DH a similar necklace to my husband to get me for my birthday or christmas.
Ha! I honestly didn't realize the skirt length ended up changing with the two looks! It's probably bc my tights were pulled up so high! Haha
DeleteHope you get your necklace!!
I love this outfit! You look so pretty, it's pretty much perfection :)
ReplyDeleteWow, that is ridiculously sweet, Ginny - thank you! Just made my day!
