Compliments from strangers

I've had this outfit sitting in my drafts for awhile now. Somehow it ended up as an "extra" outfit, so I decided to save it for a day when I didn't get a chance to photograph an outfit like normal. So, here you go. As you can see, this was before the snow; when the leaves first started to fall. 

I was wearing this out for a casual dinner with the husband. After the waitress took our order, she paused to look at me and said she couldn't stop staring at my skirt because she loved it so much. She said it looked great dressed down like I had it and how obviously it would be great dressed up also. Yeah, yeah, she could have just been trying to build up her tip, but aren't compliments from strangers the best? I especially love it when I'm out and someone out of nowhere stops to compliment me. It makes my day, and therefore, if I see something I like on someone else, I will always try to let them know! Have you complimented a stranger lately?
