Thanks to losing my phone and all recent outfit selfies, I haven't done one of these Random Roundup posts in awhile! I've finally accumulated enough for a post, so I figured today would be a good time to share them with you! As with all of my other random roundup posts, these are outfits I've worn in real life and many of these pieces may be past seasons or sold out. I'll link to everything that's current and try and find good options for anything that is sold out! Let's get started!
Top: Chloe and Katie from Nordstrom (print top option, option, longer sleeved option) | Necklace: Kendra Scott "Elisa" | Jeans: American Eagle | Heels: Kate Spade "Licorice" (budget options here and here)
Anything + skinny jeans + pointy toe heels makes for a foolproof outfit for me when I don't want to think about what to wear. And these jeans are my current favorite. The perfect dark wash and just the right amount of stretch so they're fitted (but not constricting) from hip to ankle. I finally broke down and bought a second pair in the exact same wash because I wore my first pair so much. I'm wearing a 4 short in the jeans.
Earrings: Nickel and Suede | Necklace: Kendra Scott "Elisa" | Top: JCrew Factory (super similar) | Bottoms: American Eagle | Espadrilles: STEVEN Steve Madden (option, option)
Similar outfit formula to the previous outfit except with some chunky espadrilles instead of the pumps. This top is one of my favorites - it's super easy to throw on, and it feels like a t-shirt but looks like you tried a little harder! I'm glad they released a super similar version this season. These sateen leggings are crazy soft. If you saw my IG stories on Friday, you saw that I bought a new pair with a zipper detail at the pockets. Needless to say I've been really obsessed with AE bottoms, even more so than usual, the last few months.
This top is one of the pieces I shared in my buying lately post last Friday. I did not waste any time wearing it. I really do love it. Speaking of things I love. This skirt has been in my closet for 3 years now. I don't wear it as much as I used to, but it's definitely a piece I know will always make me feel good. You can see some of the other ways I've worn it in this older post here. Stripes are a quick, easy way to add interest to a super basic outfit. And the fit of this skirt is like a stretchy T, which makes it ridiculously comfy to wear.
Top: bp (option) | Tank: CS Gems (in black here) | Leggings: Athleta (60% off! but limited sizes) (other option here) | Booties: Vince Camuto "Kathleen" (limited sizes) (other option here)
This is one of those real life to workout outfits. I had my mid-day Pilates class, so I like to make as little wardrobe changes as possible to transition from one to the other. I ended up just working out in that tank and leggings. I did sweat like crazy though, so I was regretting not having an actual second set of clothes to change into afterwards, but it's all good!
Necklace: Charming Charlie (c/o) | Dress: JCrew Factory (option, off the shoulder option here) | Heels: BCBGeneration (similar but limited sizes here) (option)
It's been so long since I've worn this dress, but it's always been one of my favorites! It's been in my closet for FOUR years! You can see the first time I ever wore it in this post here. I realize I'm a fashion blogger and it's kind of my job to shop and share my latest fashion finds, but I have so many pieces that I love, love, love and end up staying in my collection for years!
Cardigan: CS Gems | Tank: CS Gems (c/o) | Leggings: Athleta (60% off! but limited sizes) (other option here) | Heels: BCBGeneration (similar but limited sizes here) (option)
That's it for the outfit posts, but I did want to share this cardigan with you since it wasn't in my hands yet when I wrote my shopping post for you last week. Truth be told, I really don't wear cardigans as I prefer jackets or boyfriend button ups as a top-layer in the cooler months. But, I could not resist this striped number. It will be a great transitional piece into fall when it's not quite heavy jacket weather, but you need a sweater for warmth. I'm 5'-2" and was happy with the length. It adds to its drama!

And that's all I have for you this week. Yes, I said this week. It is my birthday week and I will be taking a little break to enjoy it! I'll still be active on social media, so you can follow along there, but I know it's going to be a busy, busy week! I'll be sure to recap the birthday festivities for you next week, but hopefully this post filled with outfits will tide you over until I post again! Have a great week!
